Our Service

The Coin Realm’s experts have over 7 years of experience in British Numismatics and we are extremely pleased to now be able to offer a completely free coin identification service.

As we mainly operate with British Coinage we do ask for your understanding when it comes to foreign coinage as we may be unable to identify all coin types.

Requirements

We ask you to send all coin identification requests to thecoinrealm@gmail. Please provide two clear photos of both the reverse and obverse sides, in focus and with good lightning. This is particularly important when coins are either crudely made or in a worn condition.

We also ask that you provide as much information and detail about the coin as possible (e.g origin). We hope to get back to you within 2 business days. Although we have extensive knowledge in British coins, we cannot promise to always to able to completely identify or identify correctly all requests. Thank you!
